Rakhel Ligator nee Daletzki was born in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland in 1885/95 to Khaim and Chana Tova. She was married to Yoel Asher with 6 children. Prior to WWII she lived in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland. During the war she was in Miedzyrzec Podlaski, Poland.

Rakhel was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
