About Rachel Tinkoff
Mrs. Rachel Levine Tinkoff died on Wednesday, July 9, at her home, 4161 Clark Street. She was the widow of the late Hyman David Tinkoff, of Montreal, and Ste. Sophie. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Samuel Sidilkofsky (Rose), Stuart Avenue; Mrs. P. Barnoff (Adele), Clark Street; and three sons, Lazarus L., Lacombe Avenue; Louis, Westhill Avenue; Nathan, Notre Dame de Grace Avenue; fifteen grandchildren: Bobby, Naomi. Lillian, and Gerald Sidilkofsky; Mrs. M. Feldman, nee Freda Barnoff; and Mrs. J. Strolovitch, nee Rhoda Barnoff; Heather and David Tinkoff, Lacombe Avenue; Misses Mildred, Rose and Irene Tinkoff, Westhill Avenue; and Mrs. A. Bercovitch, Miss Lois Tinkoff, Hyman and Marvin Tinkoff, the children of Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Tinkoff; and six great-grandchildren, Heather Debra Feldman; Daniel, Rhoda, and Morton Bercovitch; and Beverley and Candy Fern Tinkoff, the children of Mr. and Mrs. Hyman Tinkoff. Funeral services at Paperman's were conducted by Rabbi S. Herschorn. Burial was at Ste. Sophie, immediately following the services. Shiva was at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Samuel Sidilkofsky, 7532 Stuart Avenue.
