Rafal Wajc was born in Opole Lubelskie, Poland in 1898 to Aleksander and Tzipora. He was a tailor and married to Ester. Prior to WWII he lived in Opole Lubelskie, Poland. During the war he was in Opole Lubelskie, Poland.

Rafal was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
