Craig Miles: Ralph as the father of John Kerry (1655) was taken from Family Search https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/2DT2-LYC but I am not convinced of its accuracy. There are no sources listed.

Ralph would have been 50 when marrying Alice and then John was not born for another 15 years until Ralph was 65.

John could in fact (a hypothesis only) be the grandson of Ralph who is listed on FamilySearch with many older children born to a different wife Phoebe Rivett https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/2DXL-Y13
