Ralph O. Runk
Ralph O. Runk, 73, of 613 East Middle St., died at 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the Hanover General Hospital. He was a son of the late Wesley and Cora Shue Runk. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Esther Eckert Runk; a son, Richard R. Runk, 211 Filbert St.; four daughters, Mrs. Frank Kerlin, Camp Hill, Mrs. Herbert Shelleman, Mechanicsburg, Mrs. Robert Horn, Springville, N.Y., and Mrs. Earl Meckley, Hanover R.D. 1; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Robert Runk, Wirt Ave. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Wetzel Funeral Home, 549 Carlisle St. The Rev. Carl Folk, pastor of Grace United Church of Christ, to which Runk belonged, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight. Pallbearers will be Rodney Shelleman, William Horn, Sargeant Bankert, Randy Meckley, Jack Brown, and Marlin Altland.
