About Ramon R. Papa
Dr. Ramon R. Papa was a member of Quezon’s Philippine Independence Mission to Washington DC and joined at least one round-the-world goodwill trip to gather support for the rebuilding of Manila after it was devastated in WWII. He served President of the Municipal Board, City of Manila. He owned drug stores, haciendas, a gold mining firm in Central Luzon, among others.
