Randy Allan Sorlien

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. at the Amundson Funeral Home in Grand Forks. Visitation will be one hour before the service.

Randy Allan Sorlien, a son of Robert and Marie (Foltz) Sorlien, was born on July 21, 1959 in Grand Forks, ND. He was raised and educated in Grand Forks. On December 2, 1988 he was married to Kristine Anderson in Grand forks. In 1992 Randy began working at Simplot as a forklift operator where he has worked for the last 26 years.

He enjoyed traveling and going to the lake. Randy especially loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Kristine of Grand Forks; three daughters, Nicole (Tony) Danielson of Grand Forks, Miranda Roen of Fargo and Tasha Rybak of FL; a son, Ryan Allen Sorlien of CA grandchildren, Kaden Rybak, Aila Danielson, Bella Danielson, Cullen Danielson and Eli Roen; brothers, Mike (Jane) Sorlien of AZ, Robert (Shirley) Sorlien Jr. and Patrick Sorlien both of Grand Forks; sister, Cheryl Wawryk of Grand Forks and many nieces and nephews.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ricky Sorlien
