About Raymond Philip Fadool
Raymond Philip Fadool, 87, of Henrico, passed away Friday January 22, 2021. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marianna Dip Fadool; father, Najib Elias Fadool; brothers, Albert, Theodore, Daniel, Edmund and Victor; sisters, Alice “Lu”, Sadie, Mary “Tina”, Anna and Adel. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann; son, Raymond (Missy); daughter, Ann (Gene); brother, John (Eva); grandsons, Strickland, Perry, Cody, Tyler and Dillon; granddaughters, Baylie, Kelsie and Helena; stepdaughters, Kelly and Holly; stepson, Monte and many loved nieces and nephews. Raymond served in the Air Force from 1953 to 1957 and was devoted to his church, St Anthony’s Maronite Catholic Church for over 60 years. He loved playing cards at the Moose with longtime friends. His friendly poker games with nephews Tim and Frank were a highlight. Raymond owned and operated several successful restaurants in the Richmond Area. He was proud to have been a teammate on the 1952 Cathedral High School State Champion High School basketball team where he was named Tournament MVP. He will be loved and missed by all. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 27, at Saint Anthony’s Maronite Catholic Church, 4611 Sadler Rd. Interment will follow in Westhampton Memorial Park. The service will be livestreamed and can be seen by logging onto Raymond’s online obituary at Blileys.com.
