About Raymond B. Troyer

Raymond B. Troyer 69, of 2131 TR 175, Baltic, passed away in a tragic vehicle-bicycle accident on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. He was born on March 14, 1953 to the late Ben A. D. and Anna (Troyer) Troyer. On March 19, 1974 he married Katie M. Miller who survives. Raymond was employed at Pleasant Valley Poultry in Baltic and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He was a loving husband, father and grandpa and will be dearly missed. He most of all loved spending time with his family, as well as being in the outdoors, hunting and especially fishing with the grandkids.

In addition to his wife Katie he is survived by his children, Olen (Tracy) Troyer of Stonecreek, Judy (Roy) Yoder of Millersburg, Emma (Ervin) Troyer of Sugarcreek, Nora (Anthony) Mast of Millersburg, Ben Troyer of North Canton, Ruth (Atlee) Weaver of the home, Duane (Jaquee) Troyer of Hartville, Eddie (Yvonne) Troyer of Sugarcreek, Ivan (Jamie) Troyer of La Paz, IN; 26 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mary (Phil) Carter of Reynoldsburg, Susie (John) Miller of Holmesville, Albert (Sara Sue) Troyer of Sugarcreek, Esther (late Noah) Coblentz of Manton, MI; and sister-in-law, Mary (late Robert) Troyer of Millersburg.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Troyer and his brother-in-law, Noah Coblentz.

Funeral services will be held at the home on Friday, December 23, at 9:00 AM with Bishop Paul M. J. Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery in Clark Township. Friends may call at the home after 2 PM on Wednesday and any time on Thursday.
