Rebekah married David Johnson on 7 January 1719/20 in Bridgewater, Plymouth county, Province of Massachusetts Bay. She preceded him in death. They had children:

1. Isaac - 9 August 1721
2. David - 8 August 1724
3. Mary - 29 August 1729
4. Sarah - 19 July 1732
5. Rebecca - 22 June 1734

Rebekah died in Bridgewater, Plymouth county, Province of Massachusetts Bay.

NOTE: Rebekah is often identified in various online family trees as "Bethia". The source of this misinformation is Williams Latham's book "Epitaphs in Old Bridgewater, Massachusetts". The book states "Bethia", her epitaph, and her plot location. Both her headstone (despite the etching) and footstone demonstrate that her name is Rebekah.
