24 Sep 1743: Reuben married (2) Esther Hobbs[1]
28 Jun 1746: a Reuben Dearborn is listed as being issued ammunition and being paid at rate of 1 pound 10/mo, for 10 days military service under command of Capt. Nathaniel Drake.[2]. 17 Nov 1746, Capt. Drake made an oath to a Justice of Peace that the list of soldiers and their 10-day service was true and accurate. Also on this list were Jonathan Hobbs & Daniel Sanborn.
Children: "The Gove Book" (in North America, Family Histories) says Reuben had nine children, but does not list them. The Shaw family history (attached) does.
4 Nov 1782 Last Will & Testament of Reuben Dearborn in Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire[3] lists his wife Esther, and the following children:

- Sarah Meed b. 16 Nov 1735
- Reuben b. 29 Jul 1738
- Anna Hobbs b. 28 Jun 1744
- Phineas b. 24 Apr 1749 (executor, receives bulk of estate)

15 Mar 1790, Esther Dearborn, widow of Reuben Dearborn, brings witnesses and executes a statement releasing her son, Phineas Dearborn, from all Demands of the person estate of "my said husband"...[3]
17 Mar 1790: the above-mentioned Will/estate of Reuben Dearborn was probated in North Hampton, Rockingham, New Hampshire[3]
