I certify that this muster roll exhibits the true state of Capt.

Hicklins Troop of Cavalry attached to the squadron ordered by the

Governor of Georgia for the protection of the Southern frontier for

the period herein mentioned, and that the remarks set oposit the names

of the men are accurate and just - Given at Camp Defiance in the

County of Thomas in the State of Georgia this 12 day of January 1827
