Rhoda died from senility and arteriosclerosis. Informant on the death cert. was A. C. Thomas.
OBIT:
Mrs. Rhoda Bilyeu Thomas, wife of George Thomas, died at the home of her son, Mack Thomas, Bull Run, Thursday. She was born in Missouri in 1834 and crossed the plains to Oregon with her parents when 18 years of age.
They settled in Linn County, where she was married to George Thomas, December 11, 1853. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas moved to Bull Run in 1878, where they have made their home ever since and were they were well known.
Besides her husband, she is survived by four sons--J. M., A. C., M. V. and Frank Thomas, and three daughters--Mrs. M. C. Donahue, Mrs. Cockelreas, and Mrs. Dinah Thomas. The funeral will be conducted today from the home of Mack Thomas, Bull Run, and the interment will be made in the Cliffside Cemetery. Rev. W. J. Wirtz will officiate.
