Richard Allen Griffith

Richard A. Griffith, 55, 217 Grandview Blvd., died Sunday, July 11, 1999, at Brenn-Field Nursing Home in Orrville. Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Gillman Funeral Home in Rittman, with the Rev. Robert Combs officiating.

Burial will be at Rittman Cemetery. Friends may call tonight (Tuesday) from 7-9 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital Home Health Care, 195 Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth 44281.

He was born June 11, 1944 in Wooster to Paul H. and Charlotte E. (Darr) Griffith and married Darlene Saal on April 10, 1965. She survives.

Other survivors include a son, Douglas Griffith and his wife, Robin, of Sterling and daughters, Mrs. Larry (Deborah) Reeves of Wadsworth and Mrs. Douglas (Dianna) Beichler of Wilmington; five grandchildren; and a brother, Gary Griffith of Orrville.
