Richard is also identified in the estate settlement of his father, John Jackson of Portsmouth, 25 June 1667 (PROBATE RECORDS OF THE PROVINCE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, 9 vols., repr of New Hampshire State Papers Series, vols. 31-39 [Bowie, MD, 1989-90], 1:46-47 [FHL #974.2 P2p]).
- MAR: No mar rec found. On 6 May 1675 Richard Jackson, his wife Joan, and his mother Joan sold land to Richard Dore (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 3:167b [FHL #015411]). She is presumably the unnamed dau who was wife of Richard Jackson in the will of Richard Seward, 21 Feb 1662/3, proved 1 Jul 1663 (PROBATE RECORDS OF THE PROVINCE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, 1:57-58). A division of land at "Ragged Neck" was made on 7 Mar 1678/9 between Richard Jackson and the children of Richard Seward (New Hampshire Province Deeds, 6:45 [FHL #015412]).
- DEATH: No death rec found. Richard was reported deceased on 6 Sep 1718 when adm of his father's estate was granted to Richard's brother John Jackson (New Hampshire Province Probate, 10:11 [FHL #015461]).
