• I give ________ to my Grandson Richard Moss son of Thomas Moss. ____ 50 acre shall be laid for him _____ at a tract called Skidmore enlarged.
• I give to my son James Moss and his heirs forever 200 acres called Skidmore being part of the Plantation whereon the Testator Dwelleth.
• I give to my Grandson Richard Moss son of Thomas Moss a parcel of land known by the name of Moss Island.containing 25 acres
• I give to my daughter Sarah Gray a shilling sterling
• I give to my daughter Eliza Merrehan a shilling sterling
• Lately I give the remainder of my personal in the following way: after my debts and legacies and my wife's third are ferin. this then my desire that the children of my late sons Richard Moss, Samuel Skilmore and Thomas Moss divide the remainder with my son James, but the intent is that the children of my deceased sons, that is to say each grand child shall not equally divide with my son James Moss, but the children of the above named deceased sons that is say the children of each son to have an equal part with my son James Moss.
