- Brother John Pope-use of the land I bought of William Fallin 'till such time as my nephew Leroy Pope, son of John Pope, shall arrive at the age of eighteen or marry, and in case my nephew should die without a male heir lawfully begotten of his body,
- then my nephew Thomas Pope, the son of my brother Joseph Pope, to have the land.
- Brother Richard Pope-negroes Dick, Bess, and Jude, and ten head of hogs on his plantation whereon he lives.
- Cousin Sarahann Pope-at the day of her marriage negro boy Will,
- and if she should die without lawful heir of her body, to my cousin Elizabeth Pope.
- Nephew Thomas Pope, son of my brother Joseph Pope-negro boy Jessey, and if he should die without lawfull heirs to my cousin Elizabeth Pope, the daughter of my brother Joseph Pope.
- Nephew John Pope, son of my brother Joseph Pope-my riding horse, bridle and sadle.
- Cousin Betty Pope, daughter of my brother John Pope-neqro girl.
- Jemima, and if she dies without lawful heirs to my cousin Elizabeth Pope, daughter of my brother Joseph Pope.

- Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my three brothers Joseph, John, and Richard.
