Obituary for Richard Randle in The Baltimore County Union, June 1, 1872, page 2:

"On May 27th, 1872, Richard Randle, son of the late William Randle, of Baltimore county, aged 58 years and 5 months."

In The Baltimore County Union, February 5, 1881, page 2:

"Trustee's Sale -or- A small, Well Located Farm in the 13th Election District of Baltimore County.

By Virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county passed in a cause wherein William T. Randle, Administrator, et al., were complainants and Emanuel Randle et al., were defendants, the undersigned, Trustee names in said decree, will sell at public auction, on the premises, on Monday, February 28th, 1881, at 10 o'clock A. M., ALL THAT FARM OF TRACT OF LAND of which Richard Randle died seized, containing 22 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, situated in the 13th election district of Baltimore county, about 100 yards from the Sulphur Spring Station, on the B. A. P. Railroad and adjoining the lands of Thomas H. Randle, Edward Ring and others. Improved by a two-story FRAME DWELLING.

TERMS OF SALE:-- 1/3 cash, balance in 6 and 12 months from the day of final ratification, or all cash at the option of the purchase; credit payments to bear interest and to be secured to the satisfaction of the Trustee.

A deposit of $75.00 will be required on the day of sale OREGON R. BENSON, Trustee.
