- March 2015: The three perpetrators were sentenced by Judge Majeke Mabesele at Randburg High Court, as follows; Kenneth Mojela (24), was sentenced to 15 years and two life sentences; Thabo Oupa Mphahlele (27), received 18 years and two life sentences; and Ntwape Elvis Koketso Thobejane (25), received 15 years’ imprisonment. A fourth man, Howard Sekwati (27), was found guilty on a charge of receiving stolen goods and will spend 12 months behind bars.
