(1) at Ipswich, Mass., 3 February 1686/7 ABIGAIL WILSON b. there 20 March 1666/7, d. before 1714, daughter ofr Shorebourne and Abigail (Osgood) Wilson; m. (2) at Berwick, Maine, 29 Aug. 1714 widow Susanna (____) Lord. She m. (1) before 11 May 1695 Abraham Lord, b. ca 1658, d. between 1 Feb. 1703/4 and 5 March 1705/6, son of Nathan and Martha (Everett) Lord of Kittery, Maine.

"Children, by first wife, Abigail Wilson, last two recorded at Ipswich; surname Knight:

• 1. Abigail, living 1718;
• 2. Grindall, b. ca. 1688.
• 3. Joseph, b. Ipswich, Mass., 27 Feb. 1690/1.
• 4. Robert. b. Ipswich, Mass., 12 July 1700."[1]

Origins

Robert Knight's Will was dated October 15, 1691 and recorded at the November Term 1691 of the Salem Quarterly Court. Wife, Mary, mentioned in WIll. Five daughters to receive 5 pounds each: Mary Leathers, Ann Hoyle, Martha Dutch, Christian Abbot, Martha Crow. Sons Charles, John, Robert to divide rest of estate.[7]
