Sat., Nov. 2, 1985 The Albany (Ga.) Herald R. L. Poole Sr. Savannah, Ga. The funeral service of Robert Louis Poole, Sr, 71 of Savannah, who died Friday, was to be conducted today at 3 P.M. at the Church of the Nativity with interment in Greenwich Cemetery. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 4 P.M. at Isabella Baptist Church in Worth County. A native of Worth County, Mr. Poole had lived in recent years in Savannah (GA). He was a world War II veteran who served in both the Navy and the Army, and was a graduate of the University of Georgia. He was a retired employee of the U.S. Bureau of Immigration and was a member of American Legion Post 184 and the Church of the Nativity. Survivors include his wife, Mr. Lucy Poole of Savannah, a son Robert Louise Poole, Jr. of Savannah, three daughters, Mrs. Carol Taylor, Mrs. Ann Marie Burdette and Mrs. Renee Neher, All of Savannah; five brothers Murray Poole of Moultrie, Edwin Poole of Albany, Raymond Poole and H. .I. Poole Jr, both of Sylvester, and Grady Poole of Ashburn and two sisters, Mrs. Louise Palmer of Sylvester, and Mrs. Mildred Palmer of Jackson, Miss.
