Robert (67) on the farm Silo in the Harrismith was murdered on 28th August 2015. The attackers fled with his bakkie and R300 in cash. “My greatest desire is that lawlessness will come to an end. It has a terrible impact on people,” said farm owner Danie Badenhorst. “The attacks on and murders of workers and farm managers mean that we have to focus on the safety of workers more and more,” said FSA CEO Henk Vermeulen.
