Robert Stanislawski

  ARCADIA, Wis. - Robert Stanislawski Jr,. 87, resident of this area since boyhood, died Sunday at 8 a.m. at St. Joseph's hospital here, where he had been a patient two days.

 Mr. Stanislawski was born in Poland, Sept. 4, 1868 and came to the Us as a small boy. His first wife was Frances Kukowski of Pine Creek, Wis., who died in 1895. He married Pelagia Jereczek at Pine Creek, Feb 3, 1923, and the couple farmed in Trempealeau County. Surviving are: five sons, Anton, Leo, Robert Jr. and Dominic, all of Trempealeau and Sylvester, Galesville; five stepsons, Bennie and Joseph Jereczek, both of Winona and John, August and Herbert Jereczek, all of Dodge; one daughter, Miss Sally Stanislawski, Trempealeau; two step-daughters, Mrs. Cecilia Kaiser, St. Peter, Minn., and Sister M. Seline, North Platte, Neb.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Wantok, Trempealeau; one step-sister, Mrs. Frances Kiedrowski, Galesville; one step-brother, Joseph Stanislawski, Arcadia; seven grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren; and 12 Step-great-grandchildren.

  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart church of Pine Creek, the Rev. Stanley A. Krakowiecki officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

 The rosary will be said today and Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Wilmer-Killian Funeral home here.
