Ron Smith (1940 - 2010)

Brief overview:

Ron (70), originally from Ottawa, Canada. A retired engineer who owned a small luxury guest resort in Bela Bela, Limpopo. On 2nd March 2010, Ron was found murdered, tied to a chair and shot in the leg, and left to bleed to death. His son, Jonathan (37), said, “Your life is not worth more than a cellphone, and that’s exactly what they took from my father. They took a cellphone and a laptop.”
