Rosa Reyes

Rosa co-founded the Philippine Library Association (now known as The Philippine Librarians Association, Inc.) in 1923. She served as it first treasurer; during this time she was the librarian of the American Circulating Library of the Philippine Library Museum. In January of 1940, President Manuel L. Quezon would appoint her as assistant director of the Philippine National Library (PNL); previous to this she was the head of the PNL's Circulating Division . Malabon de Sevilla Tree Custodian, 2018
