SPANISH FORK - Mrs. Rozetta Lucinda Holt Warner, 64, widow of Morgan D. Warner and native pioneer of Spanish Fork, died Thursday at the family home, 568 E. 2nd South.

She was a daughter of Jesse Payton and Sarah Naomi Carr Holt, early settlers of Spanish Fork and was born here Nov. 24, 1865.

She was educated in the public schools of Spanish Fork and at one time had cooked for a railroad construction camp.

Always active in auxiliary branches of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, she was a Primary counselor in her younger life; a teacher in Religion class, one of the first stake board members of the Palmyra Stake Genealogist Society, a teacher in Relief Society and an ardent temple worker. She was captain of the Mt. Pionette Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

She is survived by two sons, Myron D. Warner and Earl H. Warner, Spanish Fork; three daughters, Mrs. Wilford E. (Mary) Christensen, Salem, Utah County; Mrs. Christy Sabin, Salem; Mrs. Charles E. (Annie) Huff, Castle Gate, 19 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and the following sisters, Mrs. Melvina Holdaway, San Juan, California; Mrs. Nancy Alexander, Spanish Fork.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at Fifth Ward LDS Chapel by Byron Ceslison, bishop. Friends may call at the family home Saturday night and Sunday prior to services. Burial will be in Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
