Sir Evan Nepean, 1st Baronet (9 July 1752 – 2 October 1822) was a British politician and colonial administrator. He was the first of the Nepean Baronets.

Rt. Hon. Sir Evan Nepean, 1st Bt. held the office of Secretary of State for Ireland. He held the office of Lord of the Admiralty. He held the office of Governor of Bombay.3 He held the office of Secretary of the Admiralty. He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.). He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Queensborough and Bridport. He was created 1st Baronet Nepean, of Bothenhampton, co. Dorset [U.K.] on 16 July 1802.
