From The Newton Kansan, June 23, 2003. Born to Leo and Martha (Reiswig) Wiederstein in Lehigh. She married Harvey E. YAUK May 8, 1937, in Durham. He preceded her in death in 1987. She married Fred MOFFITT May 31, 1988, in Durham. He survives of McPherson. Other survivors include: two daughters, Muriel Otto of Las Vegas and Meredith Ryan of Hillsboro; three brothers, Allen Wiederstein of Hitchcock, Okla., Alfred Wiederstein of Shattuck, Okla., and Hugo Wiederstein of Newton; a sister, Alice Mullins of La Harpe; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by: a brother, Edgar Wiederstein;and a sister, Louis Funk.
