Samuel ALLEN, of near Neshaminy Creek, Bucks Co., yeoman, for the natural love and affection, gives to his son Samuel ALLEN, Jr. a parcel of land standing alongside of Neshaminy Creek ... [boundary] south to land of Francis WALKER and Company containing 200 acres. Ackn: 8th da, 4th mo, 1692. Rec: the 15th da, 4th mo, 1692. Wit: Richard RIDGWAY, John BALDWIN and Samuel BEAKES."

I Samuel Allen of Bensalem in the County of Bucks and province of Pennsylvania Cordwainer this thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Five 1735 Do make and declare this my Last Willl and Testament touching my Temporal Estate which I give Devise and Dispose of in following manner and form.

Imprimis: I give and Devise unto my Son Samuel and to his heirs and assigns for ever Sixty acres of land to be taken off the Tract where on I now dwell Lying in Bensalem aforesaid. Beginning at the Westerly end of my said tract and remaining the breadth thereof until it come to a Ditch called the Great Ditch at the Northerly side of said tract and running thence Southerly by the said ditch to the other end there of. Then such course to the Southerly side of my said Tract as will comprise Sixty acres of land with all and singular the appurtenances to- gether also The Tract of Land lying and adjoining Westward of those sixty acres which was Granted and Confirmed unto me & Jane my wife and our heirs by Thomas Fairman of Shakamaxon in the County of Philadelphia in the Province of Pennsylvania. Attorney to Robert Fairman of London _____. But it is my Will and Mind that my son Samuel do clear five acres of Meaddow for my son William before he enjoy the benefit of the meaddow already cleared.

Item: I give and devise unto my son William and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever All the Residual and Remainder of my Tract of Land and plantation whereon I now dwell Together with all And Singular the Appurtenances, Dwelling houses, Outhouses, Barns, Stables, etc. Thereunto belonging. And it is my will and Mind that whereas my Sons Samuel and William have all my lands and Real Estate in Consideration of my son Richard, defect in his senses, and Understanding that my sons Samuel and William do pay unto my said son Richard yearly and every year during the term of his natural life as hereafter is mentioned Viz. Samuel the yearly sum of forty shillings and William the yearly sum of four pounds toward his support and Maintenance.

And: I do further give and Bequeath unto my aforesaid son William One Bed, a Rugg and a Blanket, a cart, a plow, a harrow, and a cow.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my sons Nicholas and John each the sum of Twenty pounds if my personal effects be sufficient to discharge all my debts, Funeral Expenses and all the other Legacies hereby given.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my two Daughters Ann Palmer and Jane Knight each Twenty shillings.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my three Daughters Priscilla, Martha and Sarah each a Bed and Bedding and case of Drawers and Twenty pounds now in the hands of my Brother in Law Richard Waln to be equally divided amongst them. And if anything remain of my Estate after all my Just debts and funeral expenses and all the Legacies hereby given be all fully paid and discharged I give and Bequeath all such Remainder to my Sons Nicholas and John and my daughters Priscilla, Martha, and Sarah to be equally divided amongst them, share and share alike.

And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my three sons, namely Samuel, Nicholas and William, to be executers of this my Last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.

Signed, Sealed, published and Declared by the Testator as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, John Baldwin, Sarah Baldwin, Richard Johnson. Samuel Allen [his SEAL]
