Someplace in this time frame, their two young sons Moses and Aaron died and then Experience died 29 Nov 1740. Samuel remarried18 Sept 1750 to Sarah, widow of Comfort Barnes of Brookfield<ref name="Bascom" /> Samuel died 22 Nov 1765 at Western, Hampshire County, (now Warren) and is buried at Pine Grove Cemetery in Warren<ref name="Bascom" /> along with Experience <ref>Find A Grave memorial 37579668 for Samuel Bascom</ref>
