Collins, Samuel, b. 21 Oct., 1668; d. before Jan'y, 1716/17; m. perhaps, says Savage, 6 Aug., 1695, Mrs. Rebecca, widow of Joseph Hunt, of Duxbury, Mass.; (Mr. Starr thinks his wife may have been Susanna ); res. in New London, Ct., prob. also in Lyme (Savage), and Middletown; 26 Dec, 1690, his father gave him So or too acres in Middletown, a part of which his "only child Susanna" and her husband sold 19 Jan'y, 1716/17.
