About Samuel Clarence Eberly

Samuel Eberly died Wednesday in LaGrange Hospital. He was born in Kosciusko County Nov. 29, 1909, the son of Daniel E. and Emma (Snoke) Eberly. On Nov. 14, 1940 in Kendallville he married Mildred "Millie" Ramer. A lifetime Noble County resident, he was a member of Woodruff Grove United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mary Jane Squire of Churubusco and Gloria Ann Chapman, Rome City; a son, James of LaGrange; three sisters, Martha Mellott of Toledo, Ohio, Beulah Frain of Topeka and Naomi Black of Albion; 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Services Sunday in Hutchins Funeral Home, Wolcottville. Burial, Cosperville Cemetery
