He married Elizabeth Esty/Estey, daughter of Joseph and Jane (Stewart) Esty/Estey, on 12 Jul 1712 at Dorchester, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay - parents of Joanna, Elizabeth, Samuel, Sarah, Rebecca and Jemima

He passed away in 1745.
