Sarah Behan was the mother of the famous Johnny Behan, of Tombstone fame, and wife of Peter Behan
Funeral of Mrs. Sarah A Behan. Mrs. Sarah A. Behan, who died Sunday, at 1101 East Sixteenth street, was buried in Union cemetery yesterday afternoon. The funeral services were held at the Forest Avenue Christian church at Sixteenth street and Forest avenue. Mrs. Behan was 78 years old. She was the widow of the late Peter Behan, formerly a prominent citizen of Westport. For many years she had been in an invalid’s chair. Two weeks ago she tried to walk, unassisted, from a lounge to her invalid’s chair which stood but a few feet away. She fell to the floor, receiving injuries which caused her death.
