Mrs. Sarah Farrow, widow of the late Capt. A. T. Farrow, died at her home at Glenn Springs yesterday morning at 7 o'clock, after a long illness. She was 63 years of age, and survived her husband by five years. Two daughters and five step-daughters survive her. They are: Miss Bessie and Miss Juanita Farrow of Glenn Springs; Mrs. Joseph J. [Barsey Farrow] Jones, Mrs. William [Cassandra Priscilla Farrow] Hill, Mrs. Minter William [Anna Farrow] Bobo, Mrs. Claude T. [St. Lawrence Farrow] Boyd, all of Spartanburg, and Mrs. Prince Albert [Alice Farrow] Gardner, of St. Louis, MO. The funeral services will be held at New Hope church at Cross Anchor this morning at 11 o'clock. The Pastor of the Glenn Springs Presbyterian church, where Mrs. Farrow held her membership, will conduct the funeral services. Mrs. Farrow was prominent in her community having been connected with many of the progressive improvements in her community.
