Biography
Nicholas Fitzhugh (Henry, Henry, Wm.), born May 10, 1764, died _____. He was a member of the House of Delegates for Fairfax county in 1790, 1791, 1802, and probably other years, and in 1803 was appointed judge of the United State Circuit Court for the district of Washington, D. C. His will was dated April 10, 1805, and proved in Fairfax. He married Sarah, daughter of Burdett Ashton, of King George county. William G.
