She was born on March 7, 1729 in Norwich, New London, CT and died on September 18, 1778 in Ledyard, New London, CT, where she was buried. Her parents were Mary Williams & Nathaniel Giddings. She married Col. Nathan Gallup on May 25, 1749 in Ledyard, New London, CT. He was born November 13, 1727 in Groton, New London, CT and was the son of Benadam Gallup and Eunice Cobb. He died January 19, 1799, outliving his first wife by 11 years.
After her death, Nathan Gallup married Miss Babcock and had two children, Eunice and Sabra. The latter married Wilbur Brown of Preston.

- Sarah, born December 29, 1851 in Ledyard. Married Silas Gallup. Died August 18, 1799 in Knox, Albany Co., New York.
- Nathan, born November 14, 1754 in Ledyard. Died September 16,1778 in Ledyardt. He married Lucy Packer on January 4, 1778 in Groton, New London Co., CT, daughter of John Packer and Hannah Avery. She was born October 23, OCT 1750 in Groton and died November 21, 1834 in Ledyard.
- Nathaniel Ebenezer, born Feb 8, 1757 in Ledyard. Died unmarried April 11, 1794.
- Mary, born January 31, 1759 in Ledyard and died January 1843 in Knox, Albany Co., New York. Married Henry Denison.
- Jacob, born July 26, 1761 in Ledyard and died 1798 in Groton. Married Rebecca Morgan.
- Christopher, born June 22, 1764 in Ledyard and died July 30, 1849 in Ledyard. Married Martha Stanton of Stonington.
- Gideon, born August 17, 1766 in Ledyard and died November 25, 1838.
- Lois, born October 17, 1768 in Ledyard and died March 19, 1841. Married Mr. Morgan.
- Lodowick, born January 23, 1773 in Ledyard and died July 18, 1857 in Ledyard. Married Margaret Phelps.
