The Salmon Death Records records the death of a wife on 03/17/1731/32: "Capt Joseph Goldsmith's wife died" - name not given. His wife when he wrote his will on 05/22/1734 was named Sarah. The Salmon Records records the name of a wife in a marriage to the Capt (therefore not the son named Joseph) on Jan 12, 1736, just months before Joseph died. Her identity is unknown (to me). She was Hannah (__) [Case] [Mapes] Goldsmith.
