John Mighill, son of Thomas Mighill and Ellen Ward, was born ca. 1634 at Rowley and married 6 June 1659 at Newbury, MA Sarah, b. 12 June 1640 at Newbury, dau. of Nicholas and Lucy (__) Batt. He lived for a while at Oyster River in town of Dover, NH, later at Newbury and died 1702 at Suffield, Hartford Co., CT.
