From History of Penobscot County by W. Chase, in talking about Sarah's father, William Forbes:

His two daughters were educated ladies; one of them became the wife of Rev. Richard Woodhull, and the other the wife of Hon. A. G. Wakefield.

Librarian at the Thomaston Ladies Literary Association - now Thomaston Public Library. Also, an "accomplished composer" - in 1870 she wrote a hymn for the Semi-Centennial celebration of the Bangor Theological Seminary, where her husband worked.
