I remember being told that she did not like her name. Everyone else though her name was beautiful and so do I. She changed it to Nora and Nora is what she went by on paperwork. Due to her name being so beautiful, I wanted to reflect the record so that we may be able to find additional paperwork on her if it is available. It is a beautiful name. Record noted.
