The above image of a document about Seny was from Find A Grave.com, and reads as follows: To the Honorable Henry L. Dawes and others Composing the Commission to the Five Civilized Tribes: Seny C. Mooney would state and show from the poof submitted to the Commission that she is a Cherokee by decent and by blood having been born in St. Francis County, State of Arkansas, in 1844. My fathers name was Zachariah Downs and my mothers name was Drucilla Downs. That I now reside in Canadian District Cherokee Nation and have resided there for 20 years. And she avows that these facts can be established by proof to the satisfaction of the Commission under such rules and regulations as it may prescribe. And she further avows that these facts being proved she is entitled to be adjudged under the laws of such Nation and the laws of the Congress of the United States and the treaties of such Nation with the United States, a citizen of such Nation, with all the rights, privileges and protection of Citizenship in such Nation. Wherefore she herewith respectfully submit to the consideration of the Honorable Commission such proof and on the hearing she be adjudged entitled to such citizenship and her name be placed upon the proper roll as a citizen of such Nation. Signature: Seny C. Mooney, by Isaac Mooney, her lawful Representative. Indian Territory, Northern District Judicial Division SS...Now on this 8th day of August, 1896, personally appeared before me, F. Isaac Mooney, Notary Public in and for said Territory, certifies to the above on my official oath which sets forth in he foregoing petition are correct and true. Drucilla/Drusilla, of Indiana, married Zachariah Downs (19 yrs her senior) and began a family in St. Francis County, Arkansas. Their children are:

iii. Francis* (aka Francis Marion b.~1837), married Mary Emily Hill 1856 Pike County, Arkansas
iv. Anderson* (aka Sgt. Andrew Moody Downs 1839-1908), married Mary Arminda Hill ~1866
v. Tena* (aka Seny Clementine (Downing) MOONEY 1844-1875
vi. Missouri* (b.~1849) - documented as being one year old on the 1850 U.S. Census
