About Sherman Rudolph Starr
GEDCOM Note
Youngest of eight boys. At age eight his older brother Joseph took him to Brockway, PA to live with William Graybill. Worked until age 17 and then bought 160 acres of land on Walburn Run, Brockway. Built a house there and married Cora Jemina Dunlop. He never knew much about his parents and brothers.
Siblings remembered that Sherman jumped out of the window and did stunts. At one time he was a tightrope walker and acrobat in the circus at one time.
Sherman and Cora had cancer and it was thought there was toxic waste nearby.
