Areas of confusion

A Sir William Ergham or Eryam publishes a will proven in 1346. Seems rather early in his life (early 30s) assuming its the same Sir William as above. Is it possible he was at the battle of Cressy? A good reason for writing a will.   This will mentions Sowerby. But the monument at Sowerby is of a type which should pre-date 1350.Yet Sir William does not die until 1401/2

Some sources say he marries Katherine de Cressy of Hodsock in 1365. Firstly he would be quite old (50) secondly a John Ergham is also said to have married Katherine at the same time.

Question is , who is John Ergham?
