Sister M. Ancilla OSB (Theresia) Locnikar. daughter of the deceased Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Locnikar. died September 22 in St. Cloud after a lingering illness. She was born October 6, 1886 in Albany and entered the Benedictine convent in 1907, She made her triennial vows July 11, 1908 and on July 11, 1911 made her final vows. After making her triennial vows, she was on mission duty in Watkins until 1934, when she went to Eden Valley. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Mary Brits, Lake Lenora. Sask.. Canada; Sister M. Claudina. OSB, St. Cloud; Rev. Julius OSB, Richardson, N. D.; Sebastian, Brainerd. Bernard, Heisler., Alberta, Canada; Mrs. Anna Dixon, Big Sandv. Montana; Rev. Florian, OSB. Pons ford; Sister M Maria. OSB. Urbank: and Conrad, Albanv. One brother Joseph, preceded her in death. Solemn funeral services were held Friday morning at 8 am. at the convent chapel and burial made in the convent cemetery at St. Joseph. Officiating at the solemn mass were Rev. Florian, OSB, celebrant. Rev. Elmer Elsenschenk, OSB, deacon, and Rev. Paul Schmelzer, sub-deacon. Relatives and friends attending the funeral were: Rev. Florian OSB. Ponsford; Sister M. Claudina. OSB. and Sister M. Bemadette OSB, St. Cloud; Sister M. Maria, OSB, Urbank; Mr. and Mrs. Sebastian Locnikar, Brairnerd; Loretta and Leo Locnikar, Minneapolis; Mr. and Mrs. George Zierden, Albany; Mr. and Mrs. Roman Zwack, Mr. and Mrs. F. X. Meyer, Mrs. Magdeline Schneider, and Mr. and Mrs. John Gill, St. Joseph; Mrs. Jake Bischof, Eden Valley; Mrs. Joseph Quast. Mrs. Anthony Quasi and son John, and Mrs. John Dank, Watkins.
