Mr. Stephen Jeffery Corley, age 54, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at his Brewton residence.

Mr. Corley was born in Columbia, SC and been a resident of Brewton since 2005, coming from Lexington, SC. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and worked as a fork lift operator in the construction industry. Mr. Corley was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Lygia Marie Dawkins Corley of Brewton, AL; two sons, Daniel (Danielle) Corley of Indiana, and Brian (Jamie) Hawsey of Brewton, AL; two daughters, Dana Marie (Jeric) Heflin of El Paso, TX, and Letisha (Chris) Mealer of Picayune, MS; three brothers, John Thomas Corley of Sumter, SC, Brian Dean of Rio, W. Virginia, and George Corley of Lexington, SC; three sisters, Lee Powell of Lexington, SC, Alice Brode of Sumter, SC, Dorothy Robbins of Pensacola Beach, FL; and seventeen grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Zion Hill Cemetery with Rev. James Aubrey Wilson officiating.
