Susan Elizabeth “Susie” Mahoney

Mrs. Susie E. Mahoney, 96 of Burlington, KY, died Monday, February 22, 1982 at the Ridgeview Nursing Home in Covington. She was formerly of Drennon Springs and a member of the Drennon Christian Church.

She is survived by five daughters: Mrs. Annetta Roberts, Michigan, Mrs. Forest (Laura) Berry, Port Royal, Mrs. Irene Stinson, Cincinnati, Mrs. Edward (Virginia) Reichel, Manitou Beach, Michigan, and Mrs. James C. (Ouida) McClain, Route 1, Smithfield; one son: William F. Tingle, Burlington, KY; one brother: Forest Jones, Route 1, Campbellsburg; twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 25th from Prewitt’s, New Castle. Terry Briley, pastor of the Florence Church of Christ, officiated. Interment was in the Drennon Cemetery.
