Susan (48), was tied up, tortured and stabbed to death in her bedroom at the Loco Inn, in Graskop, Mpumalanga, on 7th March 2008.
Supt. Abie Koabane, provincial police spokesperson, says Ms. Susan Turner was found in a pool of blood on her bed around 11:00 on Friday.
Her hands and feet were tied and there was a piece of cloth in her mouth.
Turner worked for eight years at the Loco-Inn, a restaurant in the town.
Her colleagues suspected trouble when she did not show up for work on Friday and went to investigate at her house next to the restaurant in Louis Trichard Street.
According to Koabane, Turner had an open wound on her forehead and was severely assaulted.
"We have not yet been able to determine how she died, but we found a kitchen knife at the scene. A post-mortem examination has yet to be done."
One of her colleagues, who does not want to be named, says Turner immigrated from Britain.
