Susannah Cecil, born 3 Jan 1696, Queen Anne's Parish, Calvert, Maryland, British America to William Cecil of Prince George's County not St. Mary's and unknown mother not Mary Katherine. She only had 2 siblings John and Philip. [William Cecil of Prince George's is NOT the same as William Cecil of St. Mary's.]
She likely married Edward Moberly [Mobberly-28], abt 1718, Maryland, British America; died 14 June 1761(9), Camden District, Craven, South Carolina, British America (now Fairfield County, SC). The Chapman Family Bible has her death as 1761 but other sources list 1769. It may be a misreading of the date. Her estate records might be found in Sumter County, SC under Old Camden District estate records of the Court of the Ordinary as was Edward's. It is unknown why his estate settlement was filed there rather than Fairfield. A note on the Chapman Family Bible- Henry Levi Chapman married Lavinia Mobley. Lavinia, the original owner of the Bible, was the granddaughter of Edward and Susannah. The Bible states that Susannah's last name at birth was Duvall.
I propose that Susannah Duvall, wife of Edward Moberly, was the same Susan Cecil, ward of Mareen Duvall at the request of her mother at the time of her mother's death in 1698 in Prince George's, Maryland, British America.
Susannah Cecil and Edward Moberly were married about 1718 at Anne Arundel or Prince George's in Maryland, British America. Edward Moberly, son of John Mobberly and Elizabeth Ann Woods, was born on 13 May 1696 in All Hallows, South River Parish, Anne Arundel, Maryland, British America. Edward's life and children are well-documented in his wikitree profile https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mobberly-28
