Theodore T. Schnitzler
---BATTLE CREEK -- Theodore T. (Ted) Schnitzler, 70, of 261 S. Wattles Rd., Battle Creek, died Oct. 14 at Leila Hospital a few hours after admittance there. He had been ill since January, 1978.
---Mr. Schnitzler was born in Fredonia Township and moved to Battle Creek in 1968 from Marshall. He was employed as a tool and dye inspector for the Eaton Corp. in Marshall for 43 years, retiring March 1, 1971. He belonged to St. Philip Church in Battle Creek and the Marshall Moose Lodge No. 676.
---Surviving are his wife, the former Elizabeth M. Munn; two sons, Ronald E. of Battle Creek and Richard L. of Paaulio, Hawaitt; two daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Barbara) Holtz of Burr Oak and Mrs. Daniel (Pat) Donato of East Leroy; and 11 grandchildren.
---A Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home in Battle Creek. The funeral mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip Church in Battle Creek with interment at St. Mary Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to St. Philip Church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
